Making a solo debut is actually a complex process. Many things have to be taken into account for a solo debut to happen and be successful. But behind the success stories, there are many seiyuu that fail to taste success because of badly timed or late debuts.
If making an early debut is a gamble, now imagine the opposite.

Up until 2019, seiyuu had to wait an average of 7 years before making a solo debut. In the last couple of years, however, a trend of rushing solo debuts has been taking over.
That trend raises a question: "Should seiyuu wait for the right time to make a solo debut or risk it all and rush their debuts?"
