Had a rough day and was just trying to talk out my thoughts. 

Last time i dedicated my podcast to my men out there but now this one goes out to my queens. 

An episode talking about men and how they are perceived in society. Hope you guys enjoy:) 

Hope you guys are staying safe and healthy. Just checking in on what has been happening hopefully advising some helpful tips for staying sane during this quarantine. 

This was a hard one to be vulnerable in but fuck it that's why I am here. 

In this podcast I gave you guys an update about where I am at mentally and emotionally. I also got into the topic of parenting and where all your mommy and daddy issues come from lol just kidding but like not really.

I just had to go on a rant about this. I hope people listen and somehow understand that we must all be the change that we want to see in the world. P.S I messed up the ending lol. I meant to say be a better person than you were yesterday.
