In this Satsang, Bharat shared a poem he wrote about his understanding of awareness, which he interpreted as a metaphor for the human journey. The poem described two horses, one representing the ego and the other pure awareness. The turning point came when the ego disappeared, revealing that there was only one awareness all along. The poem's message was about finding true peace by breaking free from the illusion of duality. Sanjay also discussed the journey of self-realization and finding inner peace through awareness and detachment from ego-driven desires. He discussed the importance of solitude, silence, and constant practice in accessing one's divine inner self and breaking free from the illusion of duality. They emphasized that true happiness and liberation from suffering come from identifying with one's true self beyond the mind, body, and emotions, and encouraged daily practice and contemplation to achieve this state of awareness.
These are teachings and pointers from ongoing NDA(Non-duality awareness)/Advaitic Satsangs held at Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
