Self-Love is the Absence of Ego

Ego cannot exist in an environment of self-honesty. In the absence of ego you are forced to look at yourself and to see yourself with honesty rather than defensiveness, ignorance and unwillingness. And it is a choice.

 

To live out of your ego is to hold yourself back from the potential that you are and this includes the willingness to see yourself accurately, truthfully, wholly ~ so that you can do what is needed to define your path towards truly living your greatness and not defending mediocrity.

 

In this episode, I also share a short list to help you gain greater awareness of your ego behaviour and what to do about it.
