You’ve probably noticed that the phrase as “self-love” has kind of been popularized on the internet in the past few years or so. I think that we’re definitely moving into a generation that understands that beating yourself up or living with self-guilt or just generally feeling bad about yourself, does not help you better yourself. Because in order to truly become the best version of yourself, and get to the next level, and achieve more, you have to begin with loving yourself first and accepting yourself just where you are. As you know if you’ve been a listener for a while, I went on my own self-love journey last year, and I want to share with you what I’ve discovered about how self-love truly manifests, and I hope you walk away with the understanding that self-love isn’t just self-care, and its not letting yourself off the hook, but really a mindset that you’ll notice, affects hoe you do everything you do.
