In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of flood season in the heart of the Okavango Delta. Beneath the peaceful atmosphere of Semowi Nature Camp lies the daily work of keeping the camp accessible: monitoring rising water levels, reinforcing roads with sandbags, finding new routes, and making difficult decisions to keep guests safe. It's a glimpse into the reality of running a safari camp where nature sets the rules, and hospitality begins long before the first guests arrive.
