Some advice for anyone out there dealing with differences. We need to come from a place of love. Giving feedback can be a great thing or it can be detrimental. Come from a place of love and explain your concern or your praise.

Benny talks to Marines SSgt Leal in RS San Antonio about the Reserve Program. Be cognizant of who we put into the reserve program and make sure we put the right people on the yellow foot prints. 

Benny wanted to start a series dedicated to the memories of our fallen heroes. People we have lost along the way that we will never forget. GySgt Mendoza shares his story of how him and Cpl Dan Baldassare met. He was his Recruiter and they had a special relationship. He still stays very close with the family to this day. 

Captain Johnson an All-Marine Wrestler talks about his time as a USMC Wrestler. We talk about travel and adventure and what it takes to be competitive. He discusses the work outs and the daily rhythm of training cycles. He discusses the mental toughness it gave him and how it helped him grow as a leader.
