Senate Moves on Electoral Count Act Reform

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is on board with a Senate bill that would make it harder to overturn a certified presidential election. The legislation comes in response to former President Donald Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 results. CNN Political Director David Chalian explains the bill, and how it differs from a House version of the legislation.
