The guys open the show discussing a wedding in India where a bride married a relative due to unfortunate circumstances.  This shifts into a tale of two penises, where a genetic defect caused a boy to be born with two penises.  However, the tale takes a twist as the doctor's had to choose which one to keep.

The guys then focus on a story regarding LifeShip, a space and genomics company that recently sent a biobank of human DNA to the International Space Station with hopes to eventually become the first DNA capsule on the moon.  Being transported by the Crew-4 mission of Elon Musk's SpaceX program, the biobank of human DNA aims to preserve the human species.  Per LifeShip's website, "[p]erhaps it will be found by a future civilization and used to recreate our planet as it is today."
