In this episode, the alumni share why the chose to attend Seneca College and what went into their transition from college to the industry.

A panel discussion with Seneca College alumni from the Journalism, Television, and Radio Broadcasting programs. The Panel guests included Janelle Griffin, Stephanie Bertini, Madeleine Standish, Patrick Malkin, and Jeff Landicho. The alumni answered questions from students and former profs about their experiences as on air talent, print journalists, and producers.

Inspired by "Nosedive", an episode from the show Black Mirror, host and Seneca College prof Craig Robertson hosts a discussion around social media activity and the inclination to determine self-worth based on likes. He's joined by Public Relations student Arshia Sultan and Radio Broadcasting grad Fayth Starr, who share their thoughts on social media, the addictive nature, and separating their self-esteem from the numbers.

An important step in ending the stigma around mental health is educating others through open and honest conversations surrounding mental health. Craig Robertson, a professor in Radio Broadcasting at Seneca College, sits down with Ran Luo, a PR student, and Jack Shenstone, a Radio Broadcasting student, to discuss their experiences with mental health.
