It’s a wonderful thing when you can positively affect the fandom of another. There have been times when I hear back from you, the listener, leaving kinda words of gratitude about my show. She is also an stalwart SailorMoon fan, and has an entire Twitter dedicated to it. She also is the creator of several visual novels. Follow her on Twitter for great Eva content.

Video editor of the project. Helps fansub Kamen Rider for OverTime. Sommen also hosts the podcast Henshinanigans (clever name by the way) where the topic of choice is tokusatsu. I will never know. I will never know what it was like to be there. I will never know what it was like to be the pilot of a B-29. I will never know the loss of loved ones, swallowed by the cruelty of flames. I will never know what it was like having to rub my nose in bloody, battlefield-dirt, fighting for one island at a time. I will never know the grip of the cold hand of fear on my heart, the feeling my destruction could be imminent. I will never know the sight, the splendor of a 1000 suns burning into the sky.

What words can be added to what has already been said? And who am I to add them? But my conscience leave me no other choice. I will not say what was wrong, or what was right – but I feel compelled to say something. I am compelled to remember.

And this is my meager offering.

I have been humbled, brought to the brink of tears and pushed over. I have been changed in the process of this project. This has been hard for me. This is my magnum opus.

I hope it will change you too.

Shonen JUMP has always held a special place in my heart, so much so I might be just as much a fan of the magazine as I am the actual manga within. So thus when I had the opportunity to review Jump Stars Victory VS+, I jumped on it… ok, I’ll stop now.

I found the top two to be rather entertaining this week. Chumu Chumu is a nice listen, as well as Flavor of Kiss. But what I kept watching was the dance from Natsuni Kiss Shite Iidesuka, kinda fun to see; the song isn’t mad either. Not the strongest week for the Oricon, but not too shabby either.

Anyway, as was mentioned, there guys are pure awesome. Between Kishow voicing some of the coolest characters in anime, and e-Zuka being the second coming of Jimmy Page. not to mention they have great taste in swimsuits.

If you’d like to know more about who Kishow has voiced you can visit his MyAnimeList profile. And just to prove to you all that e-Zuka can play anything just look at a demonstration he did. Yes, you’re supposed to be able to learn that if you watch that video enough. They’re due out for a seventh album here soon, and we keep getting teased with singles and more openings. I’m just glad these guys exist.

A lot of great hits this Summer. I was particularly happy to see Gen Hoshino come back. His last single ‘Crazy” was a lot of fun, and I’m glad to see nothing has changed with ‘Sun’. Of course GranRodeo makes it on here too, but I wanted to point out the new AKB48 video. Cute girls singing and fighting – it was rather entertaining!
