As parents, we do our best to guide our children in learning to navigate through life. However, in this role, we can also be the source of pain, trauma, and consequently, the forming of defense mechanisms in our children. N this second episode on conscious parenting, we dive into childhood wounds; we explore the importance of bounding and developing healthy boundaries and how we can prevent repeating the harmful patterns we may have experienced ourselves. Bottom line: by healing our childhood pain, we are helping them to grow up to be autonomous, and loving human being.
