Sent To Destroy Radio

Chris sits down with Dave and JP to walk through a breakdown of horror sub-genres and movies we love (and, in some cases, don't) from each category. Besides being a good time and fun conversation, this was a great reminder of forgotten classics and brought up some that not all of us had seen but want to check out.

We hit splatter, torture, cannibal, extreme, psychological, phobia, isolation, madness, paranoia, home invasion, slashers, crime and giallo, redneck, all sorts of classic and neo-monsters, zombies, paranormal, possession, occult, supernatural, comedy, sci-fi, romance and gothic horror, creepy kids, revenge, found footage, meta, anthology, technology, body horror...and more.

Chris sits down with Connor Campbell (aka LEViT∆TE) and Andy Kutner (aka AFTERMYFALL) - two entertaining and talented young artists creating dark, cinematic music and audiovisual works that bend genres around electronic, hardcore, metalcore, deathcore and industrial to name a few.

Beyond an exploration of their respective projects and the introduction of an upcoming project they're collaborating on called PAPRTHIN, we also hash out some old school vs. new school issues...from clarifying the "dad metal" moniker to demystifying Internet culture's impact in breaking down barriers between genres in modern music. Whether you're young or old, we hit some illuminating points that help make sense of current generational divides in music, art and subcultures.
