In this episode we talk about the idea of separating your goals from expectations. Sometimes we have the tendency to either knowingly or unknowingly attach a set expectation to our goals. In other words, we get ourselves into trouble by assuming that a certain outcome is inevitable because we achieved our goal. When we reach a goal but the set expectation doesn't accompany it, we tend to get fixated on that absence and it can wreck your win.  In this episode we talk about keeping the two apart.

In the latter half of the episode we talk about some mistakes we've made in photography, and the lessons learned from those experiences. As always we are stressing the importance of a growth mindset by sharing these.
