Host Ryan Wrecker opens the hour with a call from listener Tom (Masury, OH) who wants to know why do we name Hurricanes.  At which point do we actually address military action against North Korea?  Wrecker says we can’t wait any longer after North Korea tested a Hydrogen Bomb underground.  In St. Louis a woman was fined for other people dumping things in the alley behind her.  Wrecker believes this is a bad case and the city has a responsibility to reverse this unfair decision.  Wrecker ends this hour by talking about the importance of the oxford comma.
