The Ambient Zone, includes three more artists, Warmth a Spanish producer focusing on ambient techno, Chris CoCo’s tunes based around the Buddhist day of the week & the comical named Stanleystanley, pairing saturated electronic sounds with more conventional acoustic instruments such as harps and bass guitars. Let's start with a bit about ourselves. We published an audio/magazine called Sequences for nearly twenty years and at the beginning of 2012 started podcasting on iTunes & more recently on Mixcloud & Soundcloud. We publish two editions each month, approx 3hrs in length.
I have been in Electronic music for over 50 years now, from the early experimental sounds of Karl Heinz Stockhausen, the German scene in the 70s with Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Robert Schroeder, etc through to some of the more modern, trance, chill-out, ambient music, although we stay away from techno, house, dance and the more pop-orientated stuff.
