This week on Purposeful Podcasting, Krystal and Wendy discuss a potential client's reaction to our recently released purposeful podcasting boot camp. What is a boot camp? By definition, it's to help people become much better at something. It's not meant to make them do calisthenics.
[00:02:40]
We knew that we wanted to help women launch podcasts. How do you really put it out in a program, en mass? We could have created an ebook or a course. So that's how we landed on bootcamp. What are the things that hold them back? There is indecision. There is technical hang ups.
[00:06:37]
What exactly is a boot camp? It gives people an opportunity to say, well, how best do I learn? And that's where we created the purposeful podcasting, Boot Camp. It's not a year, it's also not a weekend twelve weeks long.
[00:09:08]
What do you think about a boot camp? How do you best learn? And for more information on the boot camp, check out the link in Notes show notes. Be sure to subscribe and leave us a rating, but only if you liked it.

At what age do you think women reach their peak? Recently Don Lemon made the statement that women are past their prime after 40. And while he has made great efforts to try to walk that back (sort of?), Wendy and Krystal discuss this very topic and why they feel that is a direct call for more women to join the podcasting space.
The world needs more women sharing their voices and stories. And we advocate that a woman's voice is most needed in their 30's, 40's and 60's. Women have experience and stories that need to be shared in this space.

For this weeks conversation Wendy Guth speaks with Laura Ritter of Ritter Farm in Sykesville, Maryland.
