One man was responsible for the sexual assaults and strangulation deaths of 23 men.  These crimes occurred in various parts of Louisiana over several years. This offender abducted five different girls and women and held them in his concrete underground bunker.  His victims were held for months and even years as they were assaulted on a daily basis.  That is until one of his victims, a sixteen-year-old girl outsmarted him, other people got involved and was ultimately rescued by law enforcement.  The offender is John T.
