Law enforcement are gathered outside Dr. Kermit Gosnell's west Philadelphia clinic. They want to bring down Philadelphia's biggest drug dealer. They also want to investigate the death of a patient. They are keen to go in, but is there a problem in their ranks? Some of the group appear unenthusiastic - reluctant even. Those leading the search don't know it but some members of the team are deliberately withholding vital information. They meet their nemesis - Dr. Kermit Gosnell - and enter his clinic. It is a filthy, dirty premises full of unstaffed workers that has a smell of death. The investigators also come face to face with Gosnell, who shocks them with his attitude and unsanitary behavior.
