Sunday, December 1, 2019. The planting of the church in Antioch occurred naturally as God blessed the proclamation of Jesus not only to Jews, but also to Greeks. This has much to teach on evangelism, discipleship and generosity. 

Sunday, November 24, 2019. What do you do when you encounter something new? Do you stand in the way of change, or get on board? This was a choice Peter and certain believers in Jerusalem faced when God gave the Gentiles the same gift of the Holy Spirit that he had given to the Jewish Christians earlier. Should the Jewish Christians unite with Gentiles in Christian fellowship? Should they go as far as to break bread in Gentile homes too? Transcript available here. 

Sunday, November 19, 2019. Throughout the book of Acts, God is presented as working miracles, that when they become known, lead to faith in Jesus. One such miracle involves a disciple named "Tabitha." She is known for her good works and acts of charity, but becomes ill and dies. When what happens next becomes known, many believe in the Lord! 

Sunday, November 10, 2019. If the Lord called your name, what would your response be? Would it be, "Here I am, Lord!" or, "Who are you, Lord?" The sight that guides a disciple's life is a spiritual sight, a gift from God, that sees Jesus for who He is -- the Son of God!

Sunday, November 3, 2019. God is revealed to us in His Word as a sovereign God who positions his people to be in the right places at the right times to accomplish His purposes! Not by chance, but by design! Not “divine appointments,” but “divine positioning.” 

Sunday, October 27, 2019. God moved the apostles and disciples to organize and prioritize. When this happened, all needs were met in the fellowship and the ministry of the word continued to thrive. 

Sunday, October 20, 2019. One of the ways Christians show themselves to have genuine faith is through a unity of heart and soul with fellow believers. Genuine faith is also evident through the stewardship of possessions! This sermon is certainly a challenging one, but it shows how much God loves His Church and will protect the unity of believers. 

Sunday, October 13, 2019. A name represents authority, and authority represents power. The power of God for salvation is available by faith in the name of Jesus.

Sunday, October 6, 2019. The Lord's Supper (Communion) is an invitation to remembrance. In this sermon from Ephesians 2:12-22, we remember that Jesus is our peace. By his blood, Jesus has brought down all barriers of fellowship that exist between God and humanity. He invites all, far or near, into a holy communion of peace in him.
