Abraham was the founder of a new humanity. Adam was the first founder of humanity. God said to Adam and Eve in Genesis 1-28, -Be fruitful and multiply- fill the earth and subdue it.- Rather than filling the earth with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, Adam-s race filled the earth with violence and corruption.
