The realisation that the God of all creation sent His only son & His Spirit into this world is PHENOMENAL. 

Last week In part 6 of this series I shared how there is another lamp & light at work in people’s lives leading them & others on a pathway away from God.

This week we will continue building upon The Revelation of The Word & The Spirit coming together. As this mystery unfolds we will see from scripture how to embrace & run with it with our whole heart.

Your word is a lamp to my feet & a light to my path and Proverbs 24:20 For the evildoer has no future hope, and the lamp of the wicked will be snuffed out. 

From scripture, we will see there is another lamp in the lives of many. We will be challenged with the question, what is the source of the light within these lamps, & do we know the authentic from the counterfeit? 
May the Spirit & The Word release Truth & life in & through us as we mix our faith with what we hear.

Jesus came to earth to save us from our sin, to give us everlasting life, Peace, Joy, strength, Healing and a fresh start. This Easter Sunday we remember what He did for us, He became the ultimate Love sacrifice for each and every one of us. He died on a wooden cross for us, but HE ROSE AGAIN! He was Resurrected and with that Resurrection came Power! That Power is available to each and every one of us, Power to change and transform. Nothing is too hard for Him! Key scripture: Romans 8.11: "If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you."

Based on Ephesians 5:1-14, we explore the unique role God planned for Israel, directed by the Word of God, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, to be light in a demon-saturated world. Where Israel failed repeatedly, ensnared by idolatry, Christ gloriously succeeded and fulfilled an Obedient Son’s vocation as God’s true King, Priest and image-bearer. In Christ, we now join God the Father and God the Holy Spirit in the work of recreation, of bringing order to chaos, in anticipation of God living with his sons and daughters in the new temple called New Heavens and New Earth.

Entering into this NEW season of The Word & The Spirit coming together is already strengthening our Faith & bringing renewed Hope into our hearts. As we listen to Part 4 of this message I would encourage you to mix your faith & expectation with what you hear.

God is unfolding & revealing to us, His Church, beautiful deep Truths previously hidden. The Spirit is inviting us to adjust our perspectives, shift our mindsets & draw us away from the cares of this life & draw us towards Himself. The Truth within Psalm 119:105 is available to help us do this.

Jacob will be looking at how the bible and spirit is the best guide to living our life in the way that God calls us to then bring the reality of the Kingdom of God. Using this guide to posture ourselves to see transformation. Allowing the word and the spirit to be like river banks that allow faith to flow. Showing that the spirit is in you and He wants out to change the geography and land around us to bring his Kingdom.
