The holidays have a way of magnifying whatever’s already living in the corners of our homes and hearts. We gather with people we love (and sometimes with people we struggle to love) all while carrying invisible weight: generational differences, lingering disagreements, unspoken grief, and simmering entitlement. We laugh, we decorate, we take the group photo...and yet, there it is: the Elephant in the family room. This series isn’t about blame or fixing people. It’s about grace-filled awareness. It’s about noticing what’s in the room – and learning how faith helps us live differently because of it. We’ll approach each “Elephant” with humility, honesty, and even a little humor. Because sometimes, the most spiritual thing we can do is admit that something’s there...and let God help us name it, face it, and redeem it. “The Generational Divide” based on the scripture from 2 Kings 2:6-14.
