Fire can destroy or protect and sustain life, it can burn down homes and renew forests. It sustained our ancestors for centuries, and it has destroyed many modern families, and men.

Some of us are just barely surviving because our differences, while others have learned to thrive while passing as normal, but this comes with a cost.

The ancient stories tell of the ages of gods and men, when Kings ruled the earth and led people into the light. But darkness would eventually descend upon the land and men would forget, the places they came from, and who had made them. Then the age of remembrance would dawn again, and the primordial fires would once again be rekindled in their hearts.

It seems as though stress has become a way of life for many of us, especially in these dark times of uncertainty. So much has changed in such a short time, we’ve all felt the disruption.

Why did our ancestors relate so much with these stories of giants, heroes, and monsters? Was it rooted in physical reality or just superstitions of our psychic projections? Why have these myths gone underground, only being seen on movie screens?

Don’t give up on your heart and what tales it may tell you, hope is not lost. Your fathers and mothers, sisters and brothers, are not dead, we will one day meet the ones we’ve loved and seemingly lost yet again, as we rise together. The lion in the room is no longer our devourer, but a hidden king of lost worlds once again remembered.

What are we really at our hearts core? Does the word “human” truly tell us the sum of all our parts? What if we are actually something much more significant, something “hissstory” hides from our real eyes.

What’s the difference and what does it all mean in love and war?

Oh for the love of spunk what are we supposed to make of these two paths in life now that they have once again become socially acceptable?

Today we troll others on the internet because our wounds from childhood traumas seem to control us. Going back to the memories we can remember to experience them in a new light begins the healing.
