This extra gives some of the more common associations and correspondences for this element along with some ideas about collecting various types of water for use in different types of spellwork.

The Crone talks about how her recent hospitalization has forced her to make some changes in many of the daily practices she has been doing for quite a while due to health restrictions. Although she has been somewhat resentful about this, discovering or connecting with the changes in the appearance of the Moon on a nightly basis for just a few minutes has eased a bit of her frustration and allowed her to feel more connected to her Internal Spark of the Divine and the magick around her. The point of this is we all can benefit from taking a look at what our daily practices are right now to see if they still are fulfilling the purpose we started doing them for in the first place, maybe considering some new things or adapting what we are doing to make sure we are getting what we need.
