We record our Sessions on Friday.  It's the one day that all of us are usually free and don't have to work the next morning which means we can stay up as long as it takes to complete our little gift to the world.  What comes as a added bonus is when the inevitable 13th falls on a Friday, Jackpot, you know you'll be getting another addition to our growing catalog of Sessions on everyones favorite handicapable, forrest dwelling serial killer.  A most misunderstood mama's boy who don't cotton to outsiders setting foot on the sacred ground where mama was unfortunately murdered.

We tackled Part three which is not only a contender for the best spot that Part four holds, it just happens to be where Mr. Voorhees got his iconic Hockey mask from.  Crazy side note, who he got the mask from just happens to be one of the major players involved in getting our beloved Friday series out of litigation so we can start making new memories with Jason and the gang.

One of the most disturbing movies ever made.  Toe Tag Picture's August Underground is a mock snuff film that if you did not know it was fiction, and say found the dvd without its case, you'd probably call the feds.  The special effects lift it up to a level of Professionalism that some say is wasted on a film such as this.  I disagree because I feel you gotta start somewhere.

 In 2005, while traveling to Canada to attend theRue Morgue Festival of Fear in Toronto, director and co-writer Fred Vogel was arrested, pending charges of transporting obscene materials into Canada, when copies of August Underground and its sequel were found by customs officials among the merchandise he had intended to bring to the convention. The charges were eventually dropped, after Vogel had spent roughly ten hours in customs custody, and his films were sent to Ottawa for further observation.

Christmas is about family and being together and accepting others and giving .... no wait, no not at all. it's about Christmas horror movies.

The film's elevator murder originally culminated with the passenger's face repeatedly slashed by a straight razor, but the United video I saw cuts away just as the razor begins its deadly descent.  thanks censors. 

 The Japanese laserdisc of Suspiria is not presented with its widescreen framing intact, causing an occasional awkward composition that sucks cuz its all about wide screen.

Hello everybody,  Happy Halloween!!  Hope y'all got some killer Kandy. Me, Im partial to Nerds Gummies.  I think I have traded all my recent addictions in for my addiction to Nerds Gummies.  The blue ones.  Anyway

So here it is family, our second Halloween together.  And on this our 31 session, we watched the new Halloween film; Halloween Ends.  Wow!

So you're going to have to listen to the session to learn what kind of wow that is.  

Although this is a festive time that is a time that warms my heart and fills me with loving emotion, a tragic event has fallen upon the Punk Rock Community. D.H. Peligro has passed away.  An Icon. He played with Red Hot Chili Peppers but spent most of his time with the Dead Kennedys. My prayers to his family.
