New Eposide out now from Setting The Tone
Pleased to announce Bloody white and the following tracks Funeral and First time.
If you are open to discovering one new artist this week, let it be bloody white - he is part of this new wave of fearless artists emerging with refreshing and exciting sounds. The 20 year old, self-taught singer/songwriter/producer has been crafting electronic beats from his bedroom since he was 11.His undeniably catchy, lo-fi pop/electronic single “tongue tied” has garnered over 1 million plays since its February release.
He will be releasing his debut EP release “you’d walk right over me" on Sept 9. All the songs are entirely self-written, produced, performed, mixed, mastered. Listen to the EP here. https://soundcloud.com/bloodywhite/sets/ep1/s-Iywnf
His original beats and samples are anything but generic and he has a way of transforming his most pensive teenage experiences, romanticizing them, and presenting them in their most rare form with strong hooks that will get stuck in your head. The songs were written while he was 17 & 18 as a means of him venting. Falling in and out of love, mistrust, suicidal thoughts, and addiction are all things that he, like many other kids, dealt with during his high school experience. He found catharsis writing about his struggles. He says that his primary hope is that anyone who listens and relates to the message can rest a little easier knowing they aren’t as alone as they thought.
You can witness his angst/vulnerability/honesty/rawness in his delivery on his single ‘funeral,’ which was released last Thursday.

My thoughts
So, I have checked out the track for funeral and first time which is due to be released on the 18 August,
Both tracks are well put together.
But If I’m being honest I did not enjoy funeral, purely because I’m not keen on the use of certain words in the track and to be fair I don’t claim to understand Hip hop or RNB so this could be the formula that is used.
I really liked First time well written and an easy listen prefect to kick back and relax too. I wish Bloody White all the best with his upcoming releases, no denying he has done incredibly well.
