LITTLE TRIGGERS drop their new single Burn

“…a gloriously hooky feast of winning choruses, and punchy guitars” CLASSIC ROCK MAGAZINE

LITTLE TRIGGERS’ debut album, Loaded Gun, arrived last year and instantly whipped up a raft of support. Classic Rock Magazine endorsed the rocksters with a full-page feature, review and a position on the publication’s cover CD. Planet Rock playlisted the single, So Fine, for their New Rock Show, and the band racked up a slew of support from Total Rock, BBC Introducing, and Louder, where they were awarded with two Tracks Of the Week slots. The emerging riffsmiths also graced many Spotify curated prominent playlists, including All New Rock and Rock The World. As the year drew to an end, LITTLE TRIGGERS were again featured on Classic Rock Magazine’s Cover CD, rounding off a hugely successful 2019. The new year started with a bang, and the twosome hit the road in February with a storming 12 date UK tour. Unfortunately, the current Covid-19 pandemic has halted further touring plans, however, the rock n rollers will be back with a run of shows later this year, as well as an appearance at the HRH festival.

LITTLE TRIGGERS are now surging ahead with the release of their new single, Burn, which is an absolute firecracker of a track. Cut-throat riffs, ample groove and a hook that will hang in the air for ages, Burn marks the start of an exciting era for the band. Already with support from Planet Rock, Devils Gate Music, and Total Rock, to name a few, there’s nothing stopping LITTLE TRIGGERS.

Powerhouse newcomers DISCIPLES OF VERITY (D.O.V.) have revealed the latest video from their upcoming Pragmatic Sanction debut – a heavy, impassioned take on the X Ambassadors hit “Unsteady.”

“All the lush colors, the beautiful imagery, plus the driving groove and the heartfelt lyrics make this a very compelling video,” says Corey Glover, vocalist for the all-star band. “It makes the song so much better. I’m very proud of this. If you feel lost in the wilderness - even in the darkest of spaces - you can find the light.”

The video for “Unsteady” was filmed in a remote area of New York State with noted director Dale “Rage” Resteghini and producer Kim Resteghini. “It was an extreme honor rockin’ on set with exciting new band D.O.V. and their iconic front man Corey Glover,” Resteghini says. “The whole band brought their friends and family and they enjoyed all the high wattage and fire as the band delivered an incredible visceral performance!”

Resteghini captured the song’s lyrical message of darkness and light through dark, fiery scenes juxtaposed with vibrant green landscapes. “It was an incredible day in a life that has had many, many incredible days,” says drummer Corey Pierce. “We shot an amazing video with an incredible look built by the efforts of a team full of highly motivated and energized people. The finished product is way beyond the expectations any of us had. We could not have asked for a better crew, experience and finished product.”

“Fire, chainsaws, backhoes, live music in the dirt in a remote location with beautiful scenery,” recalls bassist George Pond. “Nothing short of amazing!”

Adds guitarist Mark Monjoy, “I’ve never been around so much fire and gas in my life! It was a pleasure to work with Rage and his crew. True professionals.”

Fueled by an insatiable urge to create and collaborate, D.O.V. combines the broad range of talent of its all-star lineup - which also includes drummer Corey Pierce (God Forbid) and George Pond (Negative Sky) - to forge a new breed of crossover metal. The band’s debut, scheduled for a late summer/early fall release via The Label Group, features guest performances from numerous Platinum-selling and Grammy-winning artists including Morgan Rose (Sevendust), Phil Demmel (Machine Head), Jeff Loomis (Arch Enemy), Tara McLeod (Kittie), JJ Sammataro (Negative Sky) and solo artist Joe Gareri.

D.O.V. released a lyric video for the track “The Flow,” featuring a guest appearance by Sevendustdrummer Morgan Rose, last month.

Rock-pop trio DEAD ROMANTIC drop their debut single All Talk TODAY!

The single itself hosts crushing grooves, huge riffs and soaring vocals with hooks that will leave you humming it for days. Drawing on classic sounds infused with modern anthemic rock makes All Talk the perfect song for summer!

This is the audio-visual video which is exciting enough but in two weeks, expect to see the full production one.

The single is released through Mercia Records via Sony.

"The single came really easily. The three of us were sat in a room with my great friend and co-writer, award winning songwriter Steve Diamond. It felt like the song pretty much wrote itself. The melody came quickly, the lyrics flowed and the title just popped. The chemistry was amazing. UK Newcomers DEAD ROMANTIC deliver a hook heavy slab of rock pop in the form of their brand-new single, All Talk, which arrives on Friday 14th August, via Mercia Records and SONY/Orchard Global.

Although the modern rock crew are only freshly formed, they have already amassed a dedicated fanbase, and it’s easy to see why. This band has true pedigree. The trio consists of Benjamin Owen on lead vocals and guitar, Producer Mike Krompass handling lead guitar, Scott Westervelt on keyboards and featuring drummer Eddy Thrower (Lower Than Atlantis), who adds his imprint to the band’s new single, All Talk, and also a number of tracks from their forthcoming debut album.

Expressing a sound that pulls from many quarters, DEAD ROMANTIC infuse a sonic tapestry panning from bands like 30 Seconds to Mars and Bad Flower, through to The 1975. The band’s new single All Talk, is blessed with powerful riffs, crushing grooves and anthemic vocals. The tunesmiths remark: “We wrote this record with no filter, just the pure experience of playing music around the world. I really enjoyed this track, as it is a perfect track to your summer anthems, its hard to put this track into a genre because I honestly feel this ear worm of a track has something in it for everyone to enjoy.

Very much looking forwarded to the album, a band to keep an eye on for sure.

I really enjoyed it RedSpektor long way down, I’m sucker for bands like Black sabbath, deep purple.

I feel that if you have grown up loving the 70’s rock scene you will love this band and the track long way down, equally I feel new fans to this genre will love this as well as more recently uncle acid and the deathbeats have given the genre a new lease of life

“Oracle is a song about reflection and the good and bad of days gone by,” says Joshua Michael.“For the video we wanted an old school skate video vibe like our favorite Zero and Shorty's skate videos, so that is what we did.”

ONSLAUGHT was formed in Bristol, England, in 1983 by guitarist Nige Rockett and bassist Paul Hill. Influenced by second-generation hardcore punk bands, the group was also shaped by a desire to incorporate a more metallic sound, quickly developing ONSLAUGHT’s own defined and original style. The band went on to release Power From Hell (1985), The Force (1986), In Search Of Sanity(1989), and after a long hiatus, Killing Peace (2007), Sounds Of Violence (2011) and VI (2013). By 2019, ONSLAUGHT had been touring for an amazing five years in support of VI and the 30thanniversary of The Force.

My thoughts 

I Really enjoyed the track Bow Down the clowns, an amazing job has been done with the video and the imagery within the video, the track is well produced and put together, its nice to hear the elements of the bands older sound meeting a Morden day thrash sound. Dave Garnet vocals are great reminds of a danni filth meets Wednesday 13.

8 august 09:00 A Download Festival announcement happened some amazing bands are on next year line up, and some amazing bands emerging on the Dog Tooth stage.

I honestly cannot wait for next year’s festival, after the sad news that all events this year would be off due to the pandemic, we have all had something taken from us this year and I really hope next year we are back to doing what we love, A massive well done to everyone has re grouped and gone again for next year.
