• Allow employees to choose when they work from home and when they come to the office
• Allow flexible working hours - so that people can skip the rush hours
• Make sure meetings are virtual only - all of them - so that no-one is disadvantaged
• Go for asynchronous communication and ensure the materials are accessible safely from anywhere
• Provide people with the well set-up laptops and additional screens for home offices 
• Think of extra chargers - one for home and one for the office
