Part 1 of 5 in our series - 5 Things the Bible Doesn't Teach - There are some prevailing ideas about Christianity today that sadly have no basis in the Bible. For example, many Christians believe the state of Israel plays a role in final events, when in fact the Bible says differently. Another prominent opinion is that at the end of time there will be a Secret Rapture where some faithful ones will be whisked away to paradise in secret while those who are 'left behind' will get a second chance to get their act together. But the Bible actually teaches something entirely different. If you've ever heard of any of these issues, you will enjoy this message to help you clarify what Christians teach and if in fact the Bible confirms or denies that popular teaching.

“Next to God, the mother’s power for good is the strongest known on earth. We may safely say that the distinctive duties of woman are more sacred, more holy, than those of man.” -Ellen White
A mother is the queen of her household. Her word is law. A wife is to be her husband’s equal. Her work in educating her children is as important as a King. The story of Jochebed shows us how important being a faithful mom is.
When Jesus is asked about the end of the world, He says that it would be much like the days of Noah just before a flood came onto the earth. What were those days like? Are we seeing the same scenes play out today?
