The 1960 was really still a time of innocent fun for a lot of people especially teens. If you went to a good high school and lived in a good neighborhood then you were pretty much safe right? WRONG! In the Southwestern city of Tucson, AZ there was a guy who prey on the weak and willing. No, Mommy and daddy didn't beat him, but letting him get away with everything, well, you will see what happened.
