The SFFaudio Podcast #033 – Jesse and Scott are burning bright this podcast. We’re talking new releases, recent arrivals, and future audiobook releases. We also briefly discuss the 2009 Hugo Awards. Around the middle we talk about BBC radio drama, specifically those based on the writings of Iain M. Banks and Alfred Bester. Feeling tenser? Perhaps you know the answer to this question…
“How can you get away with murder when everyone knows your thoughts?”

The SFFaudio Podcast #032 – Jesse and Scott are ramifying and missling things as they talk about recently arrived and newly released audiobooks. We’ve got fists the size of baked hams in this episode so we say crazy things like:
“Soccer is cool!” – “The great thing about Laserdiscs…”
“Tele-Vision. It’s a Science Fiction-sounding word” – “…stupid Morlocks!”
We’re also asking the deep questions like: “Is there anybody more exciting than Robert Silverberg?” Indeed, it’s our most Reganesque show.

The SFFaudio Podcast #031 – Jesse (that’s me) and Scott (my buddy) are again joined by Rick Jackson of Wonder Audio. We talk about audiobooks, new and newer, a little about radio drama, throw in some politics, some Canada bashing, and then add in two complete short stories. The first short story is read by me (it is only two sentences long) and the other runs about 40 minutes and is performed by a professional narrator. Enjoy it folks!

And last, but not least, a complete short story, courtesy of Wonder Audio, by Robert Bloch:
Founding Fathers

The SFFaudio Podcast #030 – is rather different than previous programs. This one has no talk, it’s all story. I asked for and received permission to record a short story by previous SFFaudio Podcast guest James Powell. The Friends Of Hector Jouvet was Powell’s first ever sale. It was originally published in the April 1966 issue of Ellery Queen’s Mystery Magazine. Our audio version is skillfully narrated by J.J. Campanella. This is a great story. Enjoy!
