Shadeaux Public Radio is proud to present for your holiday enjoyment: a Christmas album. This is the ninth Shadeaux Bros. album, no prior knowledge of their earlier work is required. In fact, prior knowledge would only be a hindrance. Today we sally forth to defend a dream of Christmas from the forces of Darkness and Despair, we ride!

These albums began nine years ago as a gift to our friends - so happy that now we have more friends to give it to. Silly, sweet, strange, and dumb - the Shadeaux Bros. saving Christmas again. We hope you enjoy it as you celebrate this or any holiday.

The courtroom is thrown into chaos when Harry Kim swears under space oath that he remembers being in his mother’s womb. Also: Characters (finally) begin to develop! The writers make an honest-yet-ultimately-unsuccessful attempt to handle Chakotay’s Native American heritage more sensitively! The crew of Voyager must fly their way out of a giant cloud creature that they flew their way into because they needed to repair the damage they did when they flew their way out of it the first time! Will they survive? Will they find Janeway some damn coffee before she lays waste to the Delta Quadrant? Most importantly, will Judge Later find “The Cloud” to be good… or garbage?

The Board-certified legal gladiators of Judge Later’s courtroom follow Voyager on a breezy jaunt into the world of organ theft! Janeway engages in some intense moral sparring with a threatening new alien race that will almost certainly never, ever bedevil the days of the Voyager crew again, Kess and Neelix’s relationship reaches staggering new heights of codependency, and the writer’s room shatters the Starfleet record for fastest ever treatment of the “right-to-die” issue. Will these admirably dark thematic turns be enough to deflect the Space Court’s wrath? Can the episode find justice in spite of another squandered opportunity to kill Neelix? Is “The Phage” good… or is it garbage?

The Season Finale is just so final. Runeclock Sequence ends. Song Laboratory Ends. Sadness and tears at the terminus.  Milo Ventimiglia did appear in this episode... and he was terrible.

Things get dicey for the defense team as Voyager takes an ill-advised journey into the past, all the way… to yesterday?! Join the Voices from the Past as they unspool a perplexing yarn about the dangers of nuclear power, or maybe the dangers of eco-terrorism, or maybe both or neither. It also might be about colonialism or something like that. Can Janeway and Paris harness the might of temporal junk science to save a civilization and escape the most annoying kid in the quadrant? Can Commander Spurlock help this episode escape the “garbage” verdict that it pretty clearly deserves?

The Brothers of Shadeaux delve deeply into future plans and scheduling concerns. The End grows ever more adjacent. The future grows dark - or bright? Who can say? Runeclock Session 4 included for no extra cost. A hearbreaking solo for Lissa is written in the Krull musical. Danny Trejo did not appear in this episode.

The courtroom drama ignites as Voyager plunges headlong into the fast-paced, take-no-prisoners world of departmental staffing assignments. The Voices from the Past mourn when a perfectly good staff meeting is ruined by a camera-rattling collision with a TYPE 4(!!!) quantum singularity, but their spirits are restored as Janeway and Torres bond over science and shuttle feels. Will the courtroom of Judge Midnightien Later find its way to the proper verdict? Or will justice drown in a frozen pond of workplace sass? No Hal Jordans were possessed in the making of this episode.

EYES UP, GUARDIAN. Them Brojazzles are writing some more of their Krull musical this week along with the usual pop culture and topical news discussion. Also a hype video! Of dubious execution! Larry Fishburne did not appear in this episode.
