Unamused & A Male Ego Is Bruised | The Valley Season 3 Episode 6 Recap

The Valley packed its bags for San Diego and somehow managed to bring even more drama than luggage. We're recapping Season 3 Episode 6, "All Aboard!" and, girl, the train ride was the least chaotic part of this episode.

First up: Tom Schwartz has a crush, and he wants everybody to know about it. He introduced model Kiana Carroll to the group at TomTom, explaining they met at Schwartz & Sandy's, kept it platonic for a while, then suddenly went "exponential." We have thoughts. Many of them. Schwartz is giving golden retriever in love for the first time, and Kiana pulled up with sunglasses still on indoors and sat at the head of the table at her own introduction. We're not saying anything. We're just saying.

Zack is still keeping Janet at arm's length, willing to do brunch, unwilling to let one apology rewrite history, while Janet hears "we can be civil" and immediately starts decorating the friendship with balloons. Kristen clocks Zack for talking sideways about Janet while grinning in her face, which, yes. Meanwhile Lacy decides this is a great time to board the hate-Janet train, and we're ready to board with her!

Then there's Danny and Nia, and this is where the episode gets real. Their tension feels less like cast-trip drama and more like marriage running out of softness. Danny losing patience, Nia shouldn't have to beg him to act like a present parent for five minutes while she eats a sandwich. A bruised male ego is on full display and we are not being quiet about it.

The episode's saving grace? Lala and Michelle bonding over losing a parent — genuinely one of the most human moments this show has produced, and it hit.

This week we're breaking down the Bravo crossover drama nobody asked for but everybody needed: the alleged West Wilson and Jennifer Fessler hookup rumor that has the entire reality TV internet in a chokehold. After Jenn publicly defended West amid his explosive Summer House love triangle with Ciara Miller and Amanda Batula, Ciara fired back on Threads alleging that Jenn and West had actually slept together — and we are discussing every chaotic second of it. We get into how Ciara doubled down when fans pushed back, an old pizza video of West and Jenn resurfaced, and a years-old clip of West admitting to hooking up with a woman in her 50s suddenly went viral. We're also talking about how Ciara, Mikayla, and Taylor's online fallout helped blow the whole thing up into the multifranchise mess it became.

And then there's Lala Kent vs. Mauricio Umansky — because Lala didn't come to play. On her podcast, Lala alleged that Mauricio slid into her DMs after she discussed his separation from Kyle Richards on air, claiming he asked her to grab a coffee. Mauricio clapped back hard, calling her a "f*cking liar" when caught by TMZ outside Craig's in LA — but then the actual DM got leaked, and honey, it said exactly what Lala said it said. The Valley Season 3 Episode 5 Recap: Wax On, Show Up, and Zack Goes Off

We're back with our Shaded Reality recap of The Valley Season 3 Episode 5, "The Hive Mentality," and honey — this episode had Brazilian waxes, spray tans, a game night that half the cast ghosted, and a pool party where the truce we didn't ask for almost happened. Almost.

The episode kicks off with Brittany, Kristen, and Zack getting Brazilians and spray tans ahead of Brittany's pool party redo — and yes, Zack walked past an open treatment room and jokingly claimed he "saw Kristen's uterus." We are STARTING there. Respect.

Meanwhile, Janet announces she's hosting a game night and is inviting everyone — including Danny and Nia — even though she already knows they're not coming. Spoiler: Danny and Nia stayed home, and in the end only Brittany, Michelle, Lala, Schwartz, and a few friends showed up. Sorry, Janet. We really are. Kind of.

Lala reveals that Zack had called her with a long list of everything Janet had done wrong, which means by the time we get to Brittany's pool party, the stage is fully set for a confrontation. Zack sits down with Janet at the pool party, and Janet apologizes for the things that hurt him — and Zack tells her, "This is what I wanted to hear from you, and I love this." Breakthrough! Growth! Peace!

Yeah. We'll see how long THAT lasts.

The party itself had all the classic Valley ingredients: bad pizza, drinks, weed, and everyone pretending to be casual while absolutely not being casual. And in the chaotic twist of the episode, Janet and Kristen end up smoking together — which honestly felt more productive than half the forced sit-downs this group keeps arranging.

Meanwhile, the In The City spinoff premieres May 19th right after the Season 10 finale, and yes — it will address "Scamanda" and Kyle and Amanda's split head on. She confirmed Season 5 will be her last, saying she's "leaving with gratitude" and that the show "fell into her life organically" but now it's time for the next chapter. Now about The Bachelorette — Taylor Frankie Paul's season may still air yet, we are waiting to hear for sure this week during ABC's upfronts. If the rumors are true then the season will air on ABC not a streamer

And then there's The Golden Life — the RHONY legacy cast dropped their first teaser on May 4th, and these women are in Palm Beach on E!, claiming they've been "keeping quiet" and that "zen comes so easily" — right before multiple fighting scenes cut in. Luann and Sonja are already fighting over a man, with Luann declaring "He wanted to marry me, not you!" and Sonja firing back that he proposed to her too. It's giving not a single thing has changed and we are THRILLED. The show premieres this fall on E! E! News + 2

Shaded Reality | Summer House Season 10, Episode 13 Recap: "Ship Happens"

Shaded Reality | The Valley Season 3 Episode 3 Recap: "The Santa Clarita Trail"

Saddle up, because this week on Shaded Reality, Ann and Marie are recapping The Valley Season 3 Episode 3 and honey, the drama rode in on horseback and did NOT dismount.

We're breaking down everything that went down in "The Santa Clarita Trail," starting with Brittney's pre-op appointment for her mommy makeover and breast reduction surgery, with Kristin by her side for support. But while Brittney is stepping into her era, Kristin is quietly unraveling struggling with postpartum body image insecurities and a relationship with Luke that is giving anything but solid ground. We get into all of it.

Speaking of Luke, he's out here playing mediator between Jason and Danny, which bless his heart. Because Danni has gone fully method with this cowboy arc. The accent is not going anywhere. It is permanent, It is load-bearing. He is committed and we respect the bit even if no one else does.

Then there's the main event: Nia and Danny's country western housewarming party at their new Santa Clarita home, which, gorgeous, but make the commute make sense! The entire cast has thoughts about that hour-long drive and they are not keeping them to themselves. We rate the complaints, we rank the excuses, and we give full credit where it's due.

And just when you think the night might end without incident, enter Brandon fresh off basically requiring Brittany to be his girlfriend who immediately clocks in for the drama shift and somehow manages to spark a full-blown blowup between Jasmine, Lala, and Michelle. First episode as a boyfriend. Already causing chaos. We're not surprised.

This episode has surgery prep, postpartum realness, a forced situationship upgrade, country western cosplay, and a party that somehow became a courtroom. We have notes.
