He formerly served as a senior communications advisor to members of Congress and in the Obama Administration. Cullen started DoneGood because he believes the world’s most powerful force for change is the dollars we all spend. When he retires his dream is to "move to the jungle to write books.”

Claire Coder is 22-years-old and a proud college dropout. She started her first business, a promotional products company, at age 16. In just two years, she was able to grow the business to employ eight independent distributors, sell in boutiques across the midwest, and sell internationally online.

After attending college, dropping out, nude modeling to pay the bills, and getting fired from 2 waitressing jobs, Claire founded Aunt Flow. Andrea Demichelis is an Italian young man striving to leave a positive impact in the world. After high school, Andrea and moved to Paris to study and start working as a green Stockbroker. However, during the last year of University, Andrea realized that he was not supposed to follow the Wall Street path but rather creating something on his own. Soon enough, and he ended up creating Elliot for Water. His mission, now, is to change the world by providing 1 million people with safe drinking water by 2025.

Elliott Eddie is Chairman/CEO of DM Media. As an entrepreneur, Elliott has built a corporation, which boasts five small businesses. Currently, DM Media Inc. had just introduced a new tabletop board game of which Elliott is the inventor titled, “The Entrepreneur Game by EESpeaks”. To date the game has been purchased in eight different countries around the world. Elliot spends time speaking to youth in highschools about entrepreneurship and the limitless possibilities they have.

As an entrepreneur, Elliott has built a corporation, which boasts five small businesses; all of which operate in the black including a Tax Preparation Business, Real Estate Investment business and a thriving professional speaking business named EESpeaks.

As an International Speaker, Elliott has touched the hearts of audiences around the world. A recent recipient of the Outstanding Keynote Speaker Award from Richmond’s own Urban Financial Services Coalition, Elliott’s favorite topics to share on are: Entrepreneurship, Public Speaking and Dream Building.

Elliott has been active with the Richmond Public Library, providing Entrepreneur Workshops to Richmond City Youth throughout the summer by partnering with the Black Male Emergent Readers program of the Main Branch of the Richmond Public Library and providing Entrepreneurial Books and Training for adults throughout Richmond, Virginia.

Izzy Jackson graduated from Temple University in 2013 with a BBA double majoring in International business and minoring in Spanish. She worked in risk management for 6 years, and was also a landlord/ investor in West Philadelphia. She decided to leave her job in in January 2019 to disrupt the real estate industry with risk management solutions to help landlords to tenants with confidence. She spends her spare time helping future entrepreneurs at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy develop their innovations, and volunteering at Epiphany Fellowship Church, where she is a member.

Amber Hikes is the executive director of the Mayor’s Office of LGBT Affairs for the City of Philadelphia. In this role she develops policy and serves as the principal advisor to Mayor Kenney on issues that affect the LGBTQ community. At the Mayor’s Office, Amber has set her sights on fighting and advocating for the most vulnerable populations within the LGBTQ community – specifically youth, elders, transgender people, and people of color.

In her first year leading the office, Amber has advocated for anti-discrimination legislation at the municipal level, launched a citywide LGBTQ Community Conversations initiative and helped facilitate an international conversation about race and discrimination in the LGBTQ community with the addition of black and brown stripes to the rainbow flag. Amber has been recognized nationally by OUT Magazine as one of the 2018 OUT100 and by Business Equality Pride as one of the 40 LGBTQ Leaders Under 40. Locally, she was named one of Philly’s 20 Biggest Winners of 2018 by Philadelphia Magazine and named Philadelphia Gay News’ 2017 Person of the Year. Hikes believes in employing an intersectional lens in all aspects of community work and leans daily on the words of sister Audre Lorde: “There is no such thing as a single-issue struggle because we do not live single-issue lives.”

Alicia Serna Frausto (she/they) is a queer low-income first-generation Mexican-American. She is an activist, educator, performer and filmmaker. Alicia has traveled to over a dozen countries, worked in four continents, and speaks five languages. Alicia's vegan journey began nine months ago when she decided to try a vegan diet for health reasons. She is the Philadelphia Chapter organizer for Veggie Mijas. Through organizing and community building, their knowledge of veganism and their relationship with the earth and all species on it has only grown.

Dalila Wilson-Scott serves as Senior Vice President of Community Impact for Comcast Corporation and as President of the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation. In this role, Dalila works collaboratively across Comcast to provide strategic leadership throughout all aspects of the company’s community impact and corporate social responsibility initiatives. In addition, Dalila oversees efforts to leverage various assets, resources and platforms throughout the company to extend the reach and impact of philanthropic partnerships. In 2017, Comcast NBCUniversal provided nearly $470 million in cash and in-kind support to nonprofit partners sharing Comcast’s commitment to improving communities and enriching lives. Comcast proactively seeks out ways to leverage the reach of its media and technology platforms to strengthen communities in meaningful ways.

Dalila joined Comcast in 2016 after more than 16 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she most recently served as Head of Global Philanthropy and President of the JPMorgan Chase Foundation. She led the firm’s philanthropic initiatives, including employee engagement and volunteerism, while helping to set the company’s overall corporate responsibility strategy. Prior to joining the Office of Corporate Responsibility, she served in the firm’s Corporate Merger Office as an integral member of the team managing the integration of JPMorgan Chase and Bank One.

In addition to serving on the boards of Welcome America, Inc. and Box.org, Dalila is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. She previously served as a member of the Committee for Economic Development, and the Advisory Council of My Brother’s Keeper Alliance. Dalila has been named one of the “Most Powerful Women in Cable” by Cablefax Magazine, one of the “Most Powerful Women in Business” by Black Enterprise, and an “Innovative Rising Star: Building Communities” by Forbes magazine. Dalila has been a featured speaker at several forums highlighting impact and innovation in philanthropy, including at the Aspen Ideas Festival, Social Innovation Summit, USC Center on Philanthropy and Public Policy and the Women’s Philanthropy Institute’s Annual Symposium. She earned an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from New York University’s College of Arts and Science.

Selisse Berry is the Founder and former CEO of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, the world’s largest non-profit organization specifically dedicated to creating safe and equitable workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. Since 1996, Selisse built the global LGBT workplace equality movement by creating a network of multi-national companies to work toward LGBT education, empowerment, and visibility.

When Selisse founded Out & Equal, only 3% of Fortune 500 companies had LGBT protections. Through the work empowered by her vision and leadership, nearly ALL companies now protect their LGBT employees. In the past 20 years, Out & Equal has impacted more than 40 million people in over 60 countries and Selisse has brought the promise of equality to employees from every part of the globe – from India to Brazil, Mexico, Italy and beyond.

Selisse was awarded the Legacy Leadership Award from the San Francisco Business Times, Outstanding Hero Congressional Recognition from Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi; the Parks Award in Rome, Italy, the Bonham Center Award in Toronto, Canada and has been awarded with honors from universities, corporations, media institutions, and legislators around the world.

Selisse is the editor of Out & Equal at Work: From Closet to Corner Office, an anthology of personal stories of executive trailblazers who have transformed the workplace for LGBT people.

She has master’s degrees in education and theology from the University of Texas and San Francisco Theological Seminary, respectively.

Selisse serves on the boards of Center Link and the International LGBT Travel Association. She is an avid traveler and volunteers with refugees in Lesbos, Greece.
