Hello everybody just wanted to give a quick intro to my first podcast ever I'm really excited to share this with you and to create more. My first guest is my good friend, Rishi Chandiramani: he is an undergraduate at San Diego State University, double majoring in psychology and environmental science. He is also a passionate runner,  climber, creative guitarist with classical training, and an amazing friend.  In this show we discuss how guitar laid down his foundation of delayed-gratification understanding at the age of 5. We then go over how this transferred to running in high school, and how that skill is universal to achieving improvement in life. After that we dive into the connection between the world of psychology and the world of environmental science, why he decided to major in those 2, and how knowledge of these things can shape a better life for all humans.
