A bit about Chris: Growing up in a small isolated town in Saskatchewan, I was always curious about knowledge and how the world worked.  Something was just not right.  I was a contrarian.  As I grew older I stopped watching the news and was fascinated with documentaries. On August long weekend 2012 I watched Aubrey Marcus on the Joe Rogan Podcast, then later watched DMT the spirit molecule.  I had an epiphany.  I was down the rabbit hole.  This led me to numerous subjects as we discussed ... most of the links are below.

Opa means Grandfather in German and Fred is our favorite Opa! It was such a special moment for me to interview my girlfriends grandfather from his care home in Victoria.
