In this episode, I delve into the concept of comfort zones. How frequently do we find ourselves immobilized by fear, preventing us from taking action? The unknown can be daunting, and we often crave a sense of security and a clear plan of what lies ahead.
However, it's crucial to recognize that it's not our responsibility to figure out the "how." Our role is to express our desires, and it's the universe's role to determine the "how." Yet, many of us stop ourselves from the wonders that await on the other side of uncertainty. Listen in to hear more on how your comfort zone might be your danger zone.

In this episode I share some insights from my recent trip to Italy. To be honest, I could create a whole series of lessons from this trip. However, I was inspired by something that happened after I returned home and started reintegrating into daily life again. I felt it was a powerful lesson that all of us could learn from.

It's crucial to understand that surrender does not equate to giving up our power. On the contrary, when we surrender, we are firmly in our power, allowing a higher source to provide for us. It's about creating the space for the best and highest to effortlessly find us.

We also explore the incredible power and intention behind the orgasm. It's not just a physical release; it's a profound lesson in letting go. Many women struggle with issues related to control and a craving for certainty. Orgasm, through its beautiful release, offers an invaluable opportunity to practice the art of letting go. This is one of the reasons why sacred sexuality is so significant. Our pleasure is a precious gift that can teach us the art of release, enabling us to infuse the magic of letting go into every aspect of our lives.

In this episode we talk about ego vs. intuitive guidance from both a coach and client perspective. We need to get out of our own way in order to be present to receive. If you are carrying "bad mom guilt", they can feel it. It is not our job to save, fix or rescue our kids or our partners. When you take time for self-care, you are able to focus on you and your desires and fuel yourself from within. This is not just for you; it is for your kids too.
