My story of building my confidence & the road I still travel on everyday. How I have learned self love, & unlearned self doubt. Letting go of strong holds, & childhood trauma. Being myself and speaking vulnerably because I am aloud to. Knowing I’m worthy of my own healing & that your worthy of yours. Mission statement: being ourselves because it gives others the permission to do the same. Living in love & as love. Become the light that you are. Always know your worth the fight, never give up on yourself.
