Shanafitsoul

February 1st 2022 energy.

Allowing myself to be a channel for my truth.

Talking about the meaning behind life.

Our society / indoctrination programs our mind full of “its systems thoughts/ beliefs” and then tells it to be in control of our lives… nah. it’s time to let our soul lead the way.

A super raw Chat on how I began my spiritual journey & what has helped me on it.

My story of building my confidence & the road I still travel on everyday. How I have learned self love, & unlearned self doubt. Letting go of strong holds, & childhood trauma. Being myself and speaking vulnerably because I am aloud to. Knowing I’m worthy of my own healing & that your worthy of yours. Mission statement: being ourselves because it gives others the permission to do the same. Living in love & as love. Become the light that you are. Always know your worth the fight, never give up on yourself.

Raw episode being myself and speaking my truth hopefully you are inspired to speak yours. Your worth the fight. I love you guys ! 🦋

Going to start doing more raw podcasts to become my greatest version. Trying to keep it motivational & woke along with my silly brain malfunctioning at 2AM!
