Its recognized that even with everything going on from the lunch room to the gym to the pool, I am still depressed, time for counseling!

I'm skin and bone and you can't turn nothing into muscle so its time to start fattening me up but I find out that the cafeteria is a great place to socialize!

Only about 10% of my body is moving so still pretty paralyzed and we are getting in the water, exciting yet scary!!

Getting settled in and discovering all the areas that need work, the game plan is made and we are developing a routine!! 

So I've made it to Elkhorn and now its a matter of meeting the people and settling into the new environment 

After the rough ride down highway 387 in Wyoming I finally arrive at Elkhorn Valley Rehabilitation 

Depression is getting the best of me, what a better way to feel a little bit alive than a couple much needed outings!!

Depression is set in and in my mind my recovery has hit its end

Just hanging out going with the flow and my lesbians show up to give me a haircut and make me feel like a human again!!

My thoughts are drifting further and further off coarse to a place where I'm just having a heck of a time finding motivation
