I've gotten this Christmas surprise budget from all my Elkhorn friends and its time to go shopping so how about another outing!

The new level of positivity is set in and this random act  of kindness from my friends has totally set me on a forever grateful foundation!!

I'm getting great food in the facility and great food coming in from outside of the facility so I'm a tad spoiled by putting on much needed weight and then I get to go on a field trip followed by an Elkhorn surprise!

Thanksgiving at Elkhorn and a breakthrough with a toothbrush!

Getting worked up for the Thanksgiving and the decorations around the building take me back to my childhood, a place that reminds me of who I am and where I came from which is a huge soul booster!

In that time where I am feeling pretty reinspired with myself after Elkhorn's demonstration of spirit, time to move forward but we gotta do something about those ingrown toenails!

This depression has roots and those roots are linked to setting unrealistic goals, time to figure out how to fix this!

I'm getting a new PT and its bothersome but I think it'll all work out now I just have to get a grip on mental health!
