    Shaped by Faith guest Angela Mills and her husband Bill are living proof of Psalm 127:3-5, “Oh, how blessed are you parents, with your quivers full of children!” Their oldest Son Jacob is 23 stationed in the Air Force in Alaska. They have 2 children in College, 2 in High School, a 4 year old and 2 month old, baby Owen. Angela talks about the importance of exercising during pregnancy and how important our Faith in God is. She gives us some insight into staying physically and spiritually Fit before, during and after a pregnancy. In her spare time, Angela works 2 days a week as a physical therapist, enjoys running and attending my Fitness classes at Owensboro Christian Church Recreation Center 3X a week. Keep reading...

    I had an amazing phone interview this week with Pastor Diane Mullins. She is the founder of Deborah’s Voice and the Co-Pastor at Calvary Christian Center in Hamilton Ohio. Diane grew up in a faith-filled family and Church where her Father was the Senior Pastor. She talked about what it was like growing up as a Pastor’s kid and the love her parents demonstrated to her and everyone else in their lives. Diane also shares a time when her faith was tested after finding out her Father and two brothers were killed in a plane crash.     St. Joseph’s provides a safe, nurturing caring home in a Christian environment to children. They provide emergency shelter and care for boys and girls ages 18 and under.

    You can help support the children by participating in their upcoming fundraiser, the 21st Annual Yewell Trek on June 10th. The Trek is a 13 miles and starts in downtown Calhoun Kentucky at 8:00 AM and ends 13 miles later at the Yewell’s home.

    Christine Vales has been a singer/songwriter and worship leader for nearly twenty years. While she and her husband, Carlos were exploring the Hebrew roots of their faith, she discovered the Lord’s Hebrew calendar.

    I was so excited about Christine’s new book, “His Appointed Times” A Hebrew/Gregorian Calendar & Journal that she recently published. In our radio interview, this weekend, Christine explains why its so important to know the purpose and significance of God’s Hebrew calendar. Christine says, “with everything we have on our calendars…wouldn’t it be great to see how they fall on His?!”
