Rest is part of productivity, we can't keep going without taking care of ourselves first. Rest is also a form of resistance! we talk through this concept in this episode.

We both kicked off our 2022 by reading Nedra Glover Tawwab's book "Set Boundaries, Find Peace a guide to reclaiming yourself". We gained so much clarity around the way we were navigating boundaries in different areas of our lives that we knew we had to discuss this book with ya'll! We chat about the different areas we have boundaries, the levels of relationship to our boundaries and how to communicate our boundaries.
