In this episode we are joined by leadership expert and inspiration to many, Tracy Ruddle. Tracy is the former Director for Continuous School Improvement at Birmingham Education Partnership, was a Regional Director for United Learning and has been the HT of a number of schools. In this episode Tracy talks about what makes effective leaders and takes the time to share personal stories about her career.

This episode was recorded during lockdown 3 and is aimed at highlighting new technologies and approaches to aid teachers in support children with SEND. In the podcast we are joined by Katy Whitcombe (SENCO for Robin Hood Academy) and Grace Dooley (Y5 class teacher at Robin Hood Academy).

In this episode we are joined by Chris Dyson, the inspirational Headteacher of Parklands Primary in Leeds. Chris has worked relentlessly over the past few years to not only connect with the community but also to ensure that Parklands becomes the hub of community support. As a leader, Chris is unique and a real outside of the box thinker and you'll get to see this when he discusses helping to provide food in the community. It blew our minds what he managed to achieve! In this episode we are joined by Dr Charlotte Flothmann, a counselling psychologist who specialises in trauma, to discuss how we can deal with anxiety and change at difficult times. At the time this was recorded the UK entered lockdown 3 (January 2021) and the aim is for the podcast content to help people on a personal and professional level. Dr Charlotte Flothmann has also worked as a teacher and is also a lecturer at the University of Bristol.
