Alright so I'm a over thinker. I am really good at over thinking. My brain has helped me analyze and figure out so many things. I have started a buisness, ran a TJ Maxx Store for three years, and even raced drit bikes as a kid. I have pursued many different jobs and accomplshed a long list of goals. My brain is incredible! But this week I have learned there are times I need to shut off the thinking and start surrendering. Sometimes I just need to show up. It doesn't matter how much I think about it, all it is doing is causing me fatique. I am addressing all this and how my week went in Utah. You don't wanna miss this!

There are a lot of things I want to create. I want to be married to my best friend, create a family of my own. I want my own coaching business, helping as many young adults as I can, make money and create value doing what they love! I want to possibly even get my Real Estate License and aquire the skills to sell someone on buying a house. I want a lot of great things but I don't really have these things nor at times feel like I am even creating any of this for my life. Though I have learned a powerful tool lately that has helped me take major action towards my goals and what I want to create. I have been able to live into what I want right now and have fun doing it! I have in a sense been living the dream and I am on my way to completing these goals and experiencing in real time what it takes to live this dream of mine. You got a dream? I am a young SINGLE adult and yes I am actively dating! A few years ago in the thick of it I felt doubtful, uneasy and just completely over dating. I thought that maybe everyone else was right that I was being too picky and that honestly the kind of guy I was looking for did not exist. Until one date, one man chnaged everything-- or so I thought. What I realized was my mindset changed. Yes that guy was pretty great and still pretty great eventhough we are just friends now. Since dating that guy and finding coaching I realized it was me who created that experience. And I wanted to create that amazing dating moment over and over again. So the beginning of last year I set a goal to DATE 100 MEN. Yes you read that right, "100 MEN". At first my brain wanted to shut down that goal. But I realized if I could go out with 100 men, imagine how good I could get at creating more of what I want in dating. So here's a little update for you all on how that goal is going!
