In the second series of Share Your Secrets, the Bounceback Food CIC Team tour the UK and interview the artists and partner charities involved in the production of Secret Dishes From Around the World 3 - Bounceback’s third and biggest fundraising cookbook yet! On the final episode of Share Your Secrets Series 1 we hear from Christa Eker, founder of Exploring the Turkish Kitchen – a food blog that celebrates the taste and history of Turkish food by sharing recipes both homegrown and those influenced by immigration and travel. There’s also an interview with Jamie Griffiths, a 3D modeller and animator based in Colwyn Bay, who created the artwork for the Turkish section of Secret Dishes From Around the World 2, plus Bounceback Food CIC’s founder Duncan Swainsbury shares details of the book launch cookalong and artist signing events ahead of the publication of the cookbook on November 6th 2020.

On the penultimate episode of Share Your Secrets Series 1, we hear from Hera Hussain, founder of Chayn – a global volunteer-run project crowdsourcing resources on the web to address gender-based violence. Hera reflects on living in Pakistan, setting up her social enterprise and how the organisation is using tech to support vulnerable women around the world. There’s also an interview with Christian Turner, a Cheshire-based artist who created the artwork for the Polish section of Secret Dishes From Around the World 2, plus Bounceback Food CIC’s founder Duncan Swainsbury discusses how the social enterprise has been supporting young people this half term and reveals plans for their book launch cookalong.

On the podcast this week we hear from Ollie Hirst, a Manchester-based conceptual illustrator who created the artwork for the Cuban section of Secret Dishes From Around the World 2. There’s an interview with Bounceback’s marketing & events coordinator Caitlin Buckingham, who tested out one of the recipes from the Philippines section of the book, plus Bounceback Food CIC’s founder Duncan Swainsbury tells us about his passion for cooking.

This week on Share Your Secrets we hear from Natalija Stolarova, a Manchester-based artist and illustrator who created the artwork for the Tunisian section of Secret Dishes From Around the World 2. Bounceback Food CIC’s founder Duncan Swainsbury discusses how they adapted their Social Enterprise Internship Programme this year and two of the students who participated share their experiences!

There’s an interview with Bounceback’s head chef Josh Rea, who also completed the food photography for the book in lockdown, plus Bounceback Food CIC’s founder Duncan Swainsbury discusses how the social enterprise is running online Secret Dishes From Around the World cook-alongs.

On the podcast this week host Miriam Rendell speaks to artist Emily Gibbs, who created the artwork for the New Zealand section of Secret Dishes From Around the World 2. There’s an interview with Bounceback’s in-house graphic designer Peter Lang, who created an original design for the Argentinian section of the book, plus we find out how Bounceback Food CIC are adapting their social enterprise to meet the challenges of COVID-19.

This week on Share Your Secrets we hear from Sawat, founder of the Thai Farm Cooking School in Chiang Mai. There's also an interview with Victoria Rebekah, a traditional artist based in Sandbach, who created the artwork for the Spanish section of Secret Dishes From Around the World 2.
