Liam & Kirby are young guys in their mid 20s. Liam has OCD, Anxiety and Autism. He shares his stories on what he has been through, what helped him and how he is dealing with it now. Kirby is his best friend who has been along for the entire journey by his side helping him every step of the way. Kirby also has some anxiety and mental health issues which he shares on the podcast as well. In future they will be getting gests on from all different avenues of life to shed light on mental health. If this podcast can get one person to speak up or help someone through a tough time then it has worked.
