But at the end of of the day none of that matters, if you want to purchase and have saved your down payment, then purchase as quickly as you can and just get in! No one has a crystal ball and know one can pick markets!

If you want to sell and put some equity In your pocket then do ao as soon as possible because you never know how long this market Is going to last. No one ever went broke taking a profit!
