This weeks sold journey is highlighting the road to sold of this amazing patio unit at The Beasley at 2802-888 Homer Street at the corner of Smithe Street & Homer Street. This one took a few more steps with staging, contractors & professional cleaners. But the team pulled together and sold it in under a week in multiple offers! This is the reinforcement that the market needed to show that properties between $1 million & #2 million are selling in multiple offers again in downtown vancouver and even going over asking!
