In this episode Ben & I discuss what a good building consists of! When you are searching to purchase Real Estate in Vancouver there are definitely good & bad buildings that you will have to filter through to find what is worth purchasing.

Just because the building is in your price range, or meets your size & bedroom criteria or is in the neighbourhood you are wanting to purchase in does not mean that it is worth buying. There are fundamental things that you ned to look out for, not to find your self in the future with a list of assessments that need to be paid etc.
