In this episode I talk a bit about public speaking and some of my embarrassing moments in speaking in public. I discuss 5 things I've taken from Sun Tzu's Art of War as well as go on a brief rant on individuality and why I feel self expression and meaningful relationships are integral parts of being an individual. Alongside these things I also go a bit into my background and my upbringing in regards to constantly moving from city to city and at times moving from one country to another. I express some of the love I have for my birth nation of Pakistan as well as my Home nation of Scotland.

This episode will consist of me discussing a bit about 3 philosophical teachings from the Western perspective as well as 3 from the Eastern perspective. I will be speaking about how these teachings have resonated with myself and helped me in day to day life. I will also be briefly discussing my love for animals. On this episode I will also be breifly touching upon my love for mixed martial arts & basketball. I'll also be briefly going over my thoughts on the Netflix documentary Tiger King.
